NHS Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Talking Therapies
Formerly known as CPFT Psychological Wellbeing Service, this service provides help to people aged 17 and over who are experiencing common mental health problems such as depression and anxiety disorders. You do not need a diagnosis to access the service, which also helps people with stress, low confidence, sleep disturbance and self-esteem issues. |
Rethink Carer Support Cambridgeshire and Peterborough
Run by carers for carers, it provides information and support to anyone who is looking after a family member or friend with a mental health condition. |

Cambridge branch of the Samaritans offering a safe place to talk any time by telephone about any thoughts or feelings, whatever they may be. You don’t have to be suicidal! |
Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and South Lincolnshire Mind (CPSL Mind)
CPSL Mind provides a range of services and projects to support recovery from mental health problems and promote positive mental health and resilience. Through their Good Life Service CPSL Mind works alongside communities providing focused mental health support and wellbeing activities, including Good Mood Cafe's, Calm Spaces, Peer Support Groups, Peri-mental Health Support, Personality Disorder Support and more. The service is for adults aged 18 and over who live in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and you do not need to have a diagnosed mental health problem. |
